- Connected Data (API): If you subscribe to Recaport Pro, we collect read-only performance data from connected platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, Stripe).
- Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our reports and benchmarks.
3. How We Process Your Inputs (The Hybrid Model)
We distinguish between Guest Users and Registered Users to maximize your control.
Guest Mode vs. Account Mode
- Guest Mode (Public Tools):Data is processed locally in your browser. We do not store your inputs on our servers unless you explicitly click "Save" or "Share."
- Registered Accounts:Data is encrypted and stored in our secure database to generate historical tracking and Month-over-Month reports.
4. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to:
- Generate Recaps: Creating the PDF reports and dashboards you request.
- Benchmark Aggregation: We aggregate anonymized data to improve the accuracy of our industry benchmarks (e.g., "SaaS Churn Rates in MENA"). We never share your individual data with other users.
- Service Recommendations: Based on your metrics, we may recommend relevant services from our parent company, Relikads (e.g., suggesting the Accelerator if your runway is short).
5. Cookies & Retargeting
As a performance marketing company, we practice what we preach. We use cookies (Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag) to measure the effectiveness of our own marketing and to serve relevant ads to you. You can opt-out of these through your browser settings.

When you connect a third-party account (like Meta Ads), we adhere to their API Terms of Service. We only request Read-Only access to generate your Recaps; we never write data or change settings in your ad accounts.
